For airport pickups, your flight is monitored in real time for any schedule changes, so the coach is in position when your group arrives.
Chauffeur & vehicle details in advance
The chauffeur’s name and phone number, the vehicle license plate, and emergency contact details are sent before each service, as soon as the final operational details are confirmed.
Luggage assistance
Your chauffeur assists with luggage. Each coach carries up to 49 large and 49 hand luggage items in a dedicated hold; oversized items are welcome when confirmed in advance.

How much luggage fits in the coach?
Each coach carries up to 49 large luggage items (75×50×30 cm) and 49 hand luggage items (55×40×23 cm) in a dedicated luggage hold. Luggage capacity moves together with the passenger count. Please confirm extra or oversized items — skis, bicycles, golf bags, instruments, prams, wheelchairs — in advance so we can recommend the most suitable configuration.
Which coach will we get?
A Mercedes-Benz Tourismo or an equivalent 49-seat coach — MAN Lion’s Coach or Neoplan Tourliner. The specific vehicle is assigned according to availability on the day; capacity, luggage hold and chauffeur service are the same on every coach.
Where does the chauffeur meet our group?
At the airport, inside the terminal just before the final exit, holding a personalized sign with your name near the Interchange currency exchange booth. At hotels and addresses, at the exact location provided. At train stations, at the end of the platform next to the locomotive. For river cruises, at the ship’s reception area.
When do we receive the chauffeur and vehicle details?
Before each service, as soon as the final operational details are confirmed: the chauffeur’s name and phone number, the vehicle license plate, and emergency contact details.
Can we combine a coach with smaller vehicles?
Yes. If you require a mixed fleet — for example a premium van for VIP guests and a coach for the larger group — multiple vehicles can be included within a single request.
How do we book?
Send your request through the booking form and you will receive a written quotation. Availability is confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis: once payment has been received, we send the invoice and the service voucher, and VanBudapest.com issues a written confirmation.
