The Harlem Globetrotters’ official Budapest listing places the show at Papp László Budapest Sportaréna on October 31, 2026. For a family spanning several generations, or friends bringing their children together, a private van can make the journey part of a shared evening.

The official Budapest page currently lists 19:00 local time. Check your ticket and the current event information again before departure, particularly if your booking includes a separate pre-show experience. A premium fan pass can have its own arrival instructions.
Keep admission and transport as two clear parts of the plan. The show ticket establishes what happens inside; your transfer booking establishes where the vehicle collects you and how the party gets home.
Think beyond the number of seats
Ask about the right seats
Share children’s ages and heights and request the appropriate child-seat arrangement before booking. Include a stroller or other bulky items in the brief so the selected vehicle can accommodate the whole party.
Discuss the walking distance

A V-Class is an option for a family or smaller group wanting to travel together. Confirm usable seating and luggage space against your needs, especially when child seats or a stroller are included.
Sprinter and Sprinter VIP
A larger family gathering or company outing may need a minibus. Ask us to compare the standard Sprinter and VIP configurations against the number of passengers and the journey. The names describe different vehicle options, not interchangeable seat counts.
Make the meeting point part of the booking
The official venue listing gives Stefánia út 2, 1143 Budapest. Use the full name “Papp László Budapest Sportaréna” in your request: this is a different destination from MVM Dome.
Agree on a legal pickup location that the adults in the party can recognize. A show ticket or private transfer does not create a right to drive into restricted areas. If a short walk is needed, discuss it before confirming the arrangement.
Give the return plan enough flexibility for leaving your seats and gathering the group. We do not assume an exact finish time or include an open-ended wait. The agreed pickup arrangement and any reserved chauffeur hours should be clear in the quotation.
Lunch first, basketball later?
For a simple outing, request an outward and return transfer. For lunch, a separate activity and the arena in the same day, consider hourly chauffeur service for a defined itinerary. Waiting between the agreed stops is part of the hourly format; venue admission and guide services are separate.

Can the return stop at several homes?
