For fund managers, developers and international investors, the conversations between sessions can matter as much as the stage program.
The official agenda includes parallel tracks, sessions into late afternoon and a reception. Choose your conference commitments before fixing an offsite appointment. Any project inspection or office meeting in your transport plan is a separate arrangement with your host.
Send us the addresses and the times that cannot move. Add the correct entrance for a site visit, your contact there and the intended final destination. We can then quote a coherent itinerary, with time between appointments.

A practical executive sedan for the conference, a meeting across town and the return to your hotel. Our E-Class category accommodates up to three passengers; tell us about luggage when requesting airport travel.
Mercedes S-Class
For a principal, visiting investor or senior guest who prefers our S-Class category, we can plan the same multi-stop day with up to three passengers. Specify the class in your request so it is reflected in the offer.

03 / The arrangement
When an hourly chauffeur makes sense
A single hotel-to-venue journey can be booked as a transfer. A day with several appointments, waiting between meetings and a changing departure time is better suited to reserved chauffeur hours. Within that agreed window, your driver remains available while you attend the program.
Our published hourly terms start at three service hours plus one garage hour. The extra hour covers travel from and back to our depot. Waiting between stops forms part of the reserved time; parking is charged separately. Budapest city rates apply within the city, while a viewing outside Budapest needs an individual quote.
If you plan to stay for the reception, include it when defining the booking window. An eight-hour daytime arrangement should not be assumed to cover an open-ended evening.
04 / The arrival
Agree the pickup point at the InterContinental
The hotel is at Apáczai Csere János utca 12–14, 1052 Budapest. IHG lists an underground garage with 97 parking spaces. For a chauffeured itinerary, the useful detail is the meeting point: agree where you will meet your driver and how you will signal that the meeting has finished. Waiting takes place at a permitted location, with the car returning for pickup.
For international guests, our private Budapest Airport transfer includes flight monitoring and an arrivals-hall meet & greet with a name sign. Send the flight number, passenger and luggage count, and whether the first destination is the hotel or the conference. Set the departure pickup around your actual flight and final appointment.
Before you book
Can we combine the forum with property viewings?
Yes. Send the separately arranged viewing addresses, access details and appointment times. Check them against the conference sessions you want to attend; routes outside Budapest are quoted individually.
Does the chauffeur wait during our meetings?
Yes, within the reserved service window. Waiting is part of the booked time. Include the reception or dinner in the brief if you need the car into the evening.
Can airport travel and the conference day go in one request?
Yes. Include each flight, hotel, venue and appointment, together with the required dates and vehicle class. We will prepare an offer for the requested itinerary.
