Matchday questions, answered.
What time is the 2026 Champions League Final kick-off?
Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 18:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time, UTC+2) at Puskás Aréna, Budapest. UEFA moved the final to an earlier slot to ease matchday logistics and broadcast scheduling across global markets. The Killers perform the opening ceremony before kick-off.
How do I get from Budapest Airport (BUD) to Puskás Aréna on matchday?
BUD is roughly 25 km from the stadium — about 35 minutes off-peak, but 75–120 minutes on matchday once road closures tighten. On matchday we pre-plan routes around expected closures and deploy early. Door-to-door private transfer is the only reliable option once the stadium perimeter closes in the hours before kick-off.
Can you handle full group logistics for 30–50 people?
Yes. Our luxury coach and multi-vehicle convoys are built for 20–50 guest groups. You get one coordinator, one contract, one invoice — regardless of how many vehicles are deployed on the day.
When should I book my transfer?
As early as possible. Premium fleet capacity tightens the moment the finalists are confirmed after the second-leg semi-finals on 6 May 2026. For matchday of 30 May itself, we recommend reserving executive vehicles and coaches by mid-May at the latest — earlier for multi-vehicle group programmes.
Do your drivers know the stadium drop-off protocol?
Our drivers are briefed on Puskás Aréna access routes, authorised drop-off zones, and matchday traffic management plans. We coordinate directly with dispatch throughout the day.
What happens after the final whistle?
We agree on a named meeting point in advance — not a WhatsApp scramble. Drivers monitor the match clock and reposition before full time. Return to hotel, after-party venue, or directly to airport — all pre-planned.
Can you arrange multi-day Budapest programmes?
Yes — airport arrival, hotel transfers, city tours, day trips to wine country or Vienna, matchday, and departure. Built as one co-ordinated programme rather than a stack of separate bookings.
Do you reply fast?
Every quote request is answered within 12 hours. The booking form is the fastest path — it pre-structures your request and reaches us in the right format.
Can you invoice as a corporate or agency?
Yes. We work with sponsor agencies, tour operators, corporate hospitality programmes, and private travel managers. VAT-compliant invoicing, flexible billing structures.
The final is yours.
The logistics are ours.
