The FIA and Formula 1 have unveiled the 2025 season calendar, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the FIA Formula One World Championship. The season will feature 24 races, starting in Australia on March 16 and ending in Abu Dhabi on December 7. Due to Ramadan occurring in March 2025, the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix have been scheduled for April.

The geographical adjustments introduced in the 2024 calendar to improve race flow will continue in 2025. After the Australian Grand Prix, races in Japan and China will take place in April, followed by the European races during the summer, the Americas in the autumn, and concluding with races in Qatar and Abu Dhabi.

He expressed gratitude to the FIA, promoters, host city partners, and related ASNs for their support in making this schedule possible, and he acknowledged the dedication of F1 teams, drivers, and fans.
Mohammed Ben Sulayem, President of the FIA, noted that the 2025 calendar, approved by the World Motor Sport Council, aligns with sustainability goals by regionalizing events. He stressed the shared responsibility towards the environment and the well-being of traveling staff. Ben Sulayem praised the balance of traditional and modern venues in the calendar and thanked the host ASNs, local organizers, and numerous FIA volunteers for their efforts in maintaining Formula 1 as a global spectacle in its 75th year.
