She has accrued over 100 million cumulative streams, gone RIAA platinum with her song “ICY GRL” and also double-platinum with her song “My Type.”
She’s just as passionate about performing as she is about giving back. Her Icy Baby Foundation offers resources for “Black, Brown, and other underserved students and family members” by focusing on topics such as entrepreneurship and coding (Icy Baby Foundation).

MALUMA, MÅNESKIN, AND KIM PETRAS WILL HIT THE 2021 MTV EMA STAGE
“On Sunday, November 14th the biggest names in global music will perform in Budapest.
Been craving live music? Well, get ready for a feast because the hottest artists will be performing for the 2021 MTV EMAs! On Sunday, November 14th, Maluma, Måneskin and Kim Petras, will all bless the stage for the annual event at the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna in Hungary.
As the pride and joy of reggaeton, Maluma is no stranger to the MTV EMAs. Last year, he performed “Hawái” and “Djadja” with French-Malian singer Aya Nakamura, and we’re excited to see what global mash-ups the “Best Latin” and “Best Local Act” nominee has in mind.
Fresh off of their 2021 Eurovision win, the Italian band Måneskin will perform at the EMAs for the first time. Nominated for “Best Rock” and “Best Group” this year, Måneskin has been taking over Spotify playlists everywhere with their new song “MAMMAMIA.”
Although this show marks the first time rising pop princess Kim Petras will sing to EMAs attendees, she is no MTV rookie. Recently, she performed “Future Starts Now” at the VMA’s with dripping pink bubblegum hair. And we know she’ll up the ante for the EMA crowd!
Tune into the live broadcast on MTV in nearly 180 countries on Sunday, November 14, at 9:00pm CET and cast your vote NOW (through November 10th at 11:59pm CET) on mtvema.com.
